Ampie camere con aria condizionata e Tv 28”-32”, una piccola sala lettura con giochi di società e guide turistiche , quattro splendide terrazze, i profumi e i sapori della tavola fanno dell’Hotel Marina il punto di partenza ideale per visitare le Cinque Terre e le altre famose località dei dintorni.

Shawn C2024-06-12Staying at the Hotel Marina was one of the best experiences of our trip to Italy. It's a charming three-star hotel nicely situated in the old town of Monterosso al Mare. However, the service they provided exceeded that of a five-star hotel. The room was super clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. All the staff members were so friendly and attentive (especially the male manager who checked us in—though I shamefully forgot his name). The hotel offered the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had at any hotel. The breakfast took place on the beautiful lemon orchard terrace, and everything was freshly made including freshly squeezed juices and homemade lemon marmalade. The complimentary water, both natural and carbonated, is offered in the lobby 24 hours a day. This amenity is very rare for European hotels, and the carbonated waters are even served icy cold! The hotel also offered a Cinque Terre train pass at a discounted price, saving us from having to wait in the long lines at the train station. The owner of the hotel also owns the best restaurant in Monterosso al Mare, Da Eraldo, and they offer discounts for hotel guests and assist in making reservations for us. We had the best seafood dishes in Italy there and highly recommend checking them out while staying at Hotel Marina. We stayed at Hotel Marina for three nights and felt incredibly well taken care of. We'll especially miss their complimentary breakfast on the lemon orchard terrace. If you're visiting Cinque Terre, we highly recommend staying at Hotel Marina to experience genuine Italian hospitality firsthand.
Charles Green2024-06-11What a find! On a quiet foot traffic only alley, close to everything. Our room overlooked a courtyard patio below. But the big surprise the next morning was the included breakfast. This was a full breakfast in their back garden overlooking Monterosso and the sea. Gorgeous! I'd stay there again just for the breakfast experience alone!

D Mina2024-05-28Staff is very, very friendly !!!!! The rooms are clean. Breakfast was free and delicious. Beside that they only supply the basic amenities...towels, soap/shampoo,water and instant coffee and tea.

The check-in experience was wonderful, and the staff member who helped us took the time to explain the 5 villages and how we could visit them/what he recommended we explore. All other staff members we met throughout our stay were polite and helpful, too. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed being able to open our window while lounging in the room. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, the sea, and hiking trails - you can't ask for more! The complimentary breakfast was served daily, and it was delicious. The homemade lemon marmalade was worth the stay alone! I recommend taking a walk up the additional steps to where breakfast is served for a beautiful roof-top view of the city. When we revisit one day, we will definitely stay here again.
