Perla Marina Apartments is a family-run residence offering independent one-bedroom apartments, ideal for those looking for comfort, freedom, and peace just a few steps from the sea. Each apartment features a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom with a single bed or bunk bed, and a bathroom. Almost all the apartments have a large terrace, while some overlook the pool, which is available to guests during the summer season.

The property is located in a quiet and low-traffic area, just a short distance from the historic centers of Pietra Ligure and Borgio Verezzi, with shops, restaurants, and services easily accessible on foot. The residence also features a small bar, perfect for breakfasts, quick lunches, or aperitifs. Thanks to its strategic location, Perla Marina Apartments is the ideal choice for both a beach and relaxation holiday, as well as for discovering the many outdoor activities of the Finale area throughout the year.

Swimming Pool

The new, fully renovated pool area is one of the most loved spaces of the residence and the perfect place to relax on sunny days. The pool, covering 250 square meters and with a maximum depth of 1.10 meters, is ideal for both relaxation and fun. For younger guests, a shallow water area has been created to ensure safety and fun.
Surrounded by a well-maintained garden of citrus trees and cypress, the pool area is equipped with sunbeds, loungers, and umbrellas, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. By the pool, the presence of a barbecue allows for pleasant grilling sessions, while the recently renovated, modern, and welcoming bar area is perfect for breakfasts, aperitifs, or working remotely in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, with friends, or for work, our apartments provide the perfect space and comfort for a carefree holiday. These are air-conditioned, fully equipped one-bedroom apartments, designed to make you feel right at home.

Most of the apartments have spacious private balconies furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation, while those on the first floor feature French balconies—smaller but equally comfortable.

Perla Marina Apartments offers various solutions to meet every need: apartments with a direct view of the pool, side apartments with spacious balconies to enjoy the outdoors, and first-floor apartments with French balconies.

Some apartments are also partially adapted for people with disabilities, ensuring greater accessibility and comfort during the stay.

Bike Room

The most appreciated common area is the Olympic-sized swimming pool, with an area of 250 square meters, a water capacity of 510 cubic meters, a minimum depth of 1 meter, and a maximum depth of 3 meters. The surrounding area is bordered by a garden of palm trees and colorful oleanders and is equipped with sunbeds, loungers, and umbrellas. By the pool, there is a gas barbecue available for groups of friends who wish to try their hand at grilling, and they can enjoy meat or fish by the pool on summer evenings.

Perla Marina Apartments

1. Prenotazione

La prenotazione è confermata e vincolante al ricevimento della caparra (30% del totale), tramite bonifico o carta di credito. Durante la prenotazione si prega di segnalare eventuali esigenze particolari, come animali domestici, accessibilità o soggiorni per smart working.

2. Arrivo

Gli arrivi sono previsti dalle ore 16:00. Check-in anticipato disponibile su richiesta a pagamento e secondo disponibilità. Tutti gli ospiti devono presentare un documento valido. I minorenni devono avere delega firmata dai genitori con recapiti e fotocopia del documento di almeno un genitore.

Eventuali ospiti temporanei devono essere autorizzati dalla direzione e hanno accesso limitato solo al bar, non alle altre aree della struttura.

3. Orario ricevimento e pagamenti

L’ufficio accoglienza rispetta l’orario esposto al pubblico. I pagamenti possono essere effettuati in contanti, carta di credito (escluse American Express e Diners) o bancomat.

4. Consegna appartamenti e cauzione

Alla consegna dell’appartamento è richiesta una cauzione di €250 per soggiorni fino a 3 notti o €500 per soggiorni più lunghi con blocco su carta di credito. L’importo sarà restituito entro 48 ore dalla partenza, previa verifica dello stato dell’appartamento. Eventuali danni saranno detratti dalla cauzione.

5. Appartamenti e smart working

Gli appartamenti sono bilocali climatizzati e completamente attrezzati, adatti a famiglie, coppie, amici e ospiti in smart working. Alcuni appartamenti sono parzialmente adattati per persone con disabilità. Si richiede il rispetto degli arredi e delle attrezzature, con eventuali danni a carico dell’ospite.

6. Animali domestici

Gli animali domestici devono essere segnalati al momento della prenotazione, assicurati e in regola con le norme sanitarie. Non possono essere lasciati soli in appartamento e non devono disturbare gli ospiti. La presenza di animali comporta un costo extra a soggiorno e non è consentita nelle aree piscina.

7. Ore di riposo

Dalle 13:30 alle 15:30 e dalle 23:00 alle 08:00 è vietato qualsiasi rumore che possa disturbare il riposo. Il rispetto di questi orari è importante anche per chi soggiorna per smart working. Dopo due richiami della direzione, chi non rispetta le regole potrà essere allontanato senza diritto a rimborso.

8. Custodia bambini

La responsabilità dei bambini è esclusivamente dei genitori o degli affidatari. Si raccomanda vigilanza nelle aree comuni, piscina e area giochi.

9. Raccolta differenziata

Gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare la raccolta differenziata, conferendo rifiuti nei contenitori indicati all’esterno dell’edificio.

10. Sicurezza e assicurazione

L’uso di tutte le attrezzature e aree comuni è a rischio e pericolo dell’ospite. Si consiglia di stipulare una polizza assicurativa RCT per eventuali danni a terzi. La direzione declina ogni responsabilità per incidenti, anche nell’uso di terrazzi, piscina e zone sportive.

11. Regolamento piscina

La piscina è aperta dalle 9:00 alle 19:00.

  • Doccia obbligatoria prima di entrare.
  • Bambini sotto i 10 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto.
  • Vietati cibo, bevande in vetro e animali.
  • Le attrezzature non possono essere riservate o spostate senza autorizzazione.
  • Vietato tuffarsi o tenere comportamenti pericolosi.

12. Disservizi

Si prega di segnalare immediatamente alla direzione eventuali guasti o disservizi, così da poter intervenire tempestivamente.

13. Partenza

La partenza deve avvenire entro le 10:30. L’appartamento va lasciato in ordine, angolo cottura perfettamente sgrassato, le stoviglie pulite e i rifiuti conferiti negli appositi contenitori. Eventuali danni o mancanze saranno addebitati. Gli ospiti che hanno utilizzato smart TV o dispositivi collegati devono disconnettere il proprio account. Il periodo prenotato, anche se non interamente usufruito, resta comunque a pagamento; partenze anticipate non prevedono rimborso.

14. Annullamento

La disdetta deve essere comunicata via email con indicazione dell’IBAN per il rimborso.

  • Entro 21 giorni dall’arrivo → rimborso totale
  • Entro 14 giorni dall’arrivo → rimborso 50%
  • Dopo 14 giorni → nessun rimborso

Regulation

Perla Marina Apartments

1. Booking

The booking is confirmed and binding upon receipt of the deposit, equal to 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer or credit card.
At the time of booking, please inform us of any special requirements, such as pets, accessibility needs, or stays for remote working.

2. Arrival

Arrivals are scheduled from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in is available upon request, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
All guests must present a valid ID document.
Minors must provide a signed authorization from their parents, including contact details and a copy of the ID document of at least one parent.

Any temporary guests must be authorized by the management and are granted limited access to the bar area only, not to the other areas of the property.

3. Reception Hours and Payments

The reception office follows the opening hours displayed to the public.
Payments can be made in cash, by credit card (American Express and Diners not accepted), or by debit card.

4. Apartment Handover and Security Deposit

Upon handover of the apartment, a security deposit of €250 is required for stays of up to 3 nights, or €500 for longer stays, by pre-authorization on a credit card.
The amount will be released within 48 hours of departure, after checking the condition of the apartment.
Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Apartments and smart working

The apartments are air-conditioned one-bedroom units, fully equipped and suitable for families, couples, friends, and guests working remotely.
Some apartments are partially adapted for people with disabilities.
Guests are required to respect the furnishings and equipment. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

6. Pets

Pets must be reported at the time of booking, insured, and compliant with health regulations.
They may not be left alone in the apartment and must not disturb other guests.
The presence of pets involves an additional charge per stay, and pets are not allowed in the pool areas.

7. Quiet Hours

From 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, any noise that may disturb rest is prohibited.
Respecting these quiet hours is also important for guests staying for remote working.
After two warnings from the management, anyone who fails to comply with the rules may be asked to leave without any right to a refund.

8. Child Supervision

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Supervision is recommended in the common areas, swimming pool, and playground.

9. Waste Sorting

Guests are required to respect waste sorting rules by placing waste in the designated bins located outside the building.

10. Safety and Insurance

Use of all equipment and common areas is at the guest’s own risk.
Guests are advised to take out third-party liability insurance for any damage caused to others.
The management declines all responsibility for accidents, including those occurring while using terraces, the swimming pool, and sports areas.

11. Swimming Pool Rules

The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Showering is mandatory before entering the pool.
  • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Food, glass containers, and pets are not allowed.
  • Equipment may not be reserved or moved without authorization.
  • Diving or engaging in dangerous behavior is prohibited.

12. Service Issues

Please report any faults or service issues to the management immediately, so that action can be taken promptly.

13. Departure

Departure must take place by 10:30 AM. The apartment must be left tidy, with the kitchenette thoroughly degreased, the dishes cleaned, and waste placed in the designated bins. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest. Guests who have used the Smart TV or connected devices must log out of their accounts. The booked period, even if not fully used, remains payable; early departures are not eligible for a refund.

14. Cancellation

Cancellation must be communicated by email, including the IBAN for the refund.

  • Up to 21 days before arrival → full refund
  • Up to 14 days before arrival → 50% refund
  • After 14 days before arrival → no refund
